The following planning applications have been lodged with Bradford Council: Barkerend: non material amendment to planning approval 11/05057/FUL dated 09/01/12: two storey extension to existing office building including extension of car parking, City View, 3 Wapping Road. Bowling: construction of new electricity sub-station building, F Barraclough Limited, 35 Essex Street. Bowling: demolition of three-storey, steel framed redundant office block, former YEB building, Parry Lane. Bowling: new air conditioning plant to serve digital media equipment, Virgin Media Limited, Communications House, Mayfair Way.

Bradford Moor: various extension to form new changing room and toilets, new main entrance, new reflection room and extension to catering kitchen, Laisterdyke Business and Enterprise College, Thornbury Road.

City centre: display of externally illuminated fascia sign and internally illuminated projecting sign, 7 Bank Street. Clayton Heights: extension to existing garage to form garden room, 10 Redwing Drive.

Eccleshill: change of use of right hand unit at ground floor level from office space to day centre and change of use of left hand accommodation at ground floor level from office space to café area, Newlands House, One Inspire, Bradford Business Park, Newlands Way. Eccleshill: construction of single-storey extension, 10 Rookwith Parade. Eccleshill: non material amendment to planning approval 11/03915/FUL dated 14/11/11: construction of two semi-detached houses and access road to include confirmation of height of ridges of proposed houses in relation to heights of existing ridges (see plan 1208/SP1), 111A Leeds Road.

Fairweather Green: construction of single-storey extension to rear, 19 Green Close. Fairweather Green: construction of two-storey side and rear extension, 31 Ings Way. Girlington: construction of dormer window to front, 179 Durham Road. Great Horton: demolition of existing single-storey side extension, construction of two-storey side extension, 16 Haycliffe Avenue.

Great Horton: enlarge ground floor kitchen extension to provide disabled person’s shower room, 27 Kirkham Road. Great Horton: new windows to north elevation, Al Halal Supermarket, 607 Great Horton Road. Great Horton: roof mounted extract flue for existing takeaway, 1 Grove Terrace.

Heaton: change of use from office to taxi booking office, 96 Heaton Road. Heaton: construction of a single storey rear extension and side and rear dormer windows, 284 Haworth Road.

Heaton: construction of private hire telephone booking office and use of land at Wallis Street for the parking of the private hire vehicles, land at Wallis Street and land north east Squire Lane junction Duckworth Lane. Heaton: construction of two-storey rear extension with garage conversion, 26 Cowley Crescent.

Idle: extension with entrance lobby and fencing and relocation of pedestrian entrance, Blakehill Primary School, Highfield Road. Lidget Green: construction of dormer window to rear, 95 Arncliffe Terrace. Little Horton: construction of rear extension and dormer windows to front and rear, 12 Tivoli Place. Little Horton: new gable end by extending up and forming new rear dormer window/roof, 136 Southfield Lane.
