The following planning applications have been lodged with Bradford Council:

Saltaire: construction of first-floor side extension, Fanny’s Ale and Cider House, 63 Saltaire Road. Saltaire: re-pointing front elevation of house, 1 Amelia Street. Shipley: change of use from retail to hot food takeaway, 271 Bradford Road. Shipley: construction of two-storey side extension, 1 Mires Beck Close. Shipley: conversion of hipped roof to gable and construction of rear dormer window to form loft conversion, 79 Shipley Fields Road.

Silsden: replacement porch and extension to garage, 2 Hawkcliffe View. Steeton with Eastburn: construction of garage, kitchen and bedroom extension, 19 High Street.
