The following planning applications have been lodged with Bradford Council:

Girlington: construction of two-storey extension to rear, 136 Durham Road. Great Horton: change of use from flat to office (A2) with single-storey extension to rear, 38 Grove Terrace. Great Horton: front and rear dormer extensions, 15 Roslyn Place.

Heaton: change of use to hot food outlet as part of established unit at 21, installation of new shop frontage and disabled unisex toilet, 19-21 Lilycroft Road. Heaton: construction of detached garage, 3 Locarno Avenue. Heaton: construction of outbuilding to include private gymnasium, utility and store, 319 Toller Lane. Heaton: retrospective application for existing detached garage, 8 Heaton Park Drive. Horton Bank Top: construction of two-storey extension to detached dwelling, 67 Ascot Parade.

Lidget Green: retrospective planning permission for new wall with metal railings and gate to front of premises and new metal railings to enclosure to rear of property, 104 Arncliffe Terrace. Little Horton: addition of first floor with pitched roof over, for A2 financial and professional services, Isa Store, 691 Little Horton Lane. Little Horton: retrospective application for replacement windows, 149 Little Horton Lane. Little Horton: two-storey side extension and single-storey rear extension, 209 Birch Lane.

Manningham: change of use to A1 retail use, Palace Wedding and Function Hall, 210-218 City Road. Manningham: construction of rear extension with internal alterations, 35 Victor Road. Manningham: dining hall extension to rear of the dining hall Block B, two-storey extension to the dining hall Block B, Iqra Primary School, Drummond Road. Manningham: retrospective application for the installation of new shopfront and security shutters, 97-99 Oak Lane. Manningham: single-storey extension to rear and dormer windows to front and rear, 8 Hollings Terrace.

The following planning applications have been lodged with Calderdale Council:

Brighouse: detached house including conversion of existing outhouses, 16 Bracken Road. Brighouse: demolition of existing shop showroom, canopy and pump island and construction of new shop canopy, pump islands and car wash (amended scheme), Crown Service Station, Wakefield Road. Brighouse: detached house including conversion of existing outhouses, 16 Bracken Road. Brighouse: proposed multi-use games area and re-grading works of existing football pitches including floodlighting columns and security fencing, Brighouse Juniors Football Club, Halifax Road. Brighouse: single-storey side extension (application to replace an extant planning permission, in order to extend time limit for implementation of 08/00915), 48 Stratton Road.

Hipperholme: fell one tree (Tree Preservation Order), 7 Craiglands. Hipperholme: first floor and two-storey extension to side, 15 Bramley Lane. Lightcliffe: two-storey rear extension, 3 East Street. Lightcliffe: infil extension and raise height of roof to south elevation to create extra bedroom with dormer to west elevation, garden room to west elevation and detached double garage with storage space over, Cherry Trees, Knowle Top Road. Norwood Green: proposed mixed use agricultural building, land off Rookes Lane. Rastrick: new block to replace existing maths facility linking two existing buildings, Rastrick High School, Field Top Road.
