The following planning applications have been lodged with Bradford Council:
Ilkley: change of use of care home (C2) to nine flats (C3), The Franklin, Easby Drive. Ilkley: construction of single-storey kitchen extension, Hollin Hall Barn, Skipton Road. Ilkley: extension to existing double garage to form additional garaging, 9 Constable Road. Ilkley: loft conversion with dormers and roof windows, 17 Strathmore Road. Ilkley: new pitched roof over existing extension, 19 Wheatley Grove.
Keighley: change of use of the existing floors at first, second and third floor level into 13, 1-2 bed apartments, the retail arcade at ground-floor level is to be refurbished and restored, with new shop fronts constructed where the original format has been removed, Turner and Wall, Arcade Chambers, North Street. Keighley: construction of agricultural storage building, Dobfield Farm, Rodley Hall Road, Laycock.
Keighley: construction of single-storey extension to rear, 8 Ashleigh Street. Keighley: conversion of existing garage and extension to form ‘Granny flat’, Ingate, High Spring Gardens Lane. Keighley: new sign to gable, replacement pictorial projecting sign to frontage, Albert Hotel, Bridge Street. Keighley: resubmission of retrospective application to build single-storey rear extension with raised platform, 60 Long Lee Lane, Long Lee.
Menston: enlarge existing bay window and add a new pitched roof, 3 Croft Rise. Rawdon: construction of conservatory, Risedale, Apperley Lane. Riddlesden: construction of two-storey side/rear extension including balcony to rear, 7 Western Avenue. Saltaire: replacement back door and frame, 73 Albert Road. Shipley: internal alterations and external extractor ducting, Dog and Gun, 202 Leeds Road. Silsden: conversion of part of barn to enlarge existing house and construction of new garage/store, Walton Hole Farm, Cringles Lane. Wilsden: construction of steel portal framed agricultural building, Honey Pot Farm, Lane Side.
