The following planning applications have been lodged with Bradford Council: Addingham: A1 retail use, Philip Walton Carpets, 162 Main Street. Addingham: construction of oak framed front door canopy/porch, 7 Nursery Lane. Allerton: construction of one single-storey retail unit, land adj to 457 Allerton Road. Allerton: new downstairs bedroom and en-suite extension to the rear of the property, 376 Allerton Road. Allerton: two storey side extension, 32 Leyside Drive.
Baildon: construction of log cabin type garden studio, 23 Newbury Close. Baildon: to operate small business from the garden studio, handmaking/restoring bespoke lampshades, 23 Newbury Close. Barkerend: construction of 11 new dwelling houses, former Gargrave House, Otley Road. Barkerend: construction of community centre, 57 Upper Seymour Street. Bingley: conversion of loft to form master bedroom with altered rooflight to rear elevation, Eldwick Hall, Otley Road, High Eldwick.
Bolton: fenestration altered to suit room usage - revised elevation drawing 15/683/105C shows where windows replace the first floor doors, 370 Dudley Hill Road. Bradford Moor: change of use from office to house of multiple occupancy (HMO), The Gatehouse, Greenhill Mills, Florence Street. Bradford Moor: double storey ground and first floor area extension with additional lower ground floor basement level created and front and rear dormers, 20 Sandford Road.
Burley in Wharfedale: construction of replacement timber frame garage and remove derelict kennels, Saxon Lodge, Coutances Way. City centre: reconfiguration and extension of the existing retail units into the service yard, demolition of the mezzanine floor in two retail units and enhancement of the facade of the shopping centre, Kirkgate Centre, Westgate.
