The following planning applications have been submitted to Bradford Council.

Keighley: construction of single-storey rear extension, 29 Florist Street. Keighley: conversion of attached barn to form dwelling, The Barn, Damems Lane. Keighley: creation of an additional bedroom at first floor level by division of existing two bedrooms, addition of clear glass window, at gable end to provide light, air and fire escape, 37 High Spring Road, Thwaites Brow.

Keighley: Non material amendment to application 10/05772/REG dated 20.1.11: construction of reception classroom extension, internal remodelling works and associated external works to existing reception/nursery, hard surfaced play area, alterations to existing staff car park area, and provision of new nursery entrance covered canopy and new link corridor, Long Lee Primary School, Cherry Tree Rise, Long Lee. Menston: change of use of ground floor and basement salon shop premises (A1) to launderette (Sui Generis), Essential Beauty, 1 South View. Menston: construction of rear extension, 2 The Coach House, Derry Hill.

Oxenhope: conversion of former water treatment works building to create five family dwellings including demolition of existing lean-to extension on southern elevation, Thornton Moor Treatment Works, Thornton Moor Road. Oxenhope: nine new tenting pods, re-positioning of seven existing tenting pods and new sheltered barbecue area, Upwood Park, Black Moor Road. Saltaire: replacement of bathroom window, 17 Fanny Street. Shipley: construction of two-storey extension to side of property, 3 Welwyn Avenue.
