The following planning applications have been submitted to Bradford Council:

Keighley: construction of new dwelling adjoining 17 Hydale Close with double garage, 17 Hydale Close, Long Lee.

Shipley: change of use from B1 to Sui Generis for the use as a taxi satellite booking office, 1A Oastler Road. Shipley: construction of single-storey rear extension and rear dormer window, 48 Bradford Road.

Shipley: extension for trading house, 58-60 Saltaire Road. Shipley: renewal of permission 04/05474/COU dated 16/01/2007: conversion of existing buildings and redevelopment for residential use (93 flats), car parking and landscaping, Regent House, Dockfield Road.

Silsden: change of use of ancillary barn to two dwellings (Class C3) and associated works, 10 Bradley Road. Silsden: internal alterations, blocking up existing ground floor hatch and external alterations to curtilage in association with change of use of existing barn from ancillary domestic accommodation to two separate dwellings with associated works, Croft House, 10 Bradley Road.

Silsden: steel portal frame general agricultural building, land west of Swartha Lane. Steeton with Eastburn: construction of single- storey extension to side, 1 Vincent Avenue. Steeton with Eastburn: construction of single-storey side extension and detached double garage, 36 Halsteads Way.

Wilsden: existing residential use, Croft Stables, Brown Lee Lane. Wilsden: installation of eight Sanyo solar panels to fit flush to roof, 2 Cranford Place.
