The following planning applications have been lodged with Bradford Council:

Cullingworth: to hold a car boot sale 28 days in any calendar year from April 1 to October 2012, land at Haworth Road. Eldwick: removal of existing conservatory to the front and replacement with an orangery, Weald House, Otley Road. Haworth: replacement of six front windows, 8 Shirley Street. Ilkley: construction of extension to rear of property, Glenerin, Owler Park Road.

Ilkley: construction of extension to rear, 43 Bridge Lane. Ilkley: construction of new detached dwelling, 60 Victoria Avenue. Ilkley: demolition of existing prefabricated garage and replacement with garden store, 17 Wharfe View Road. Ilkley: non-material amendment of planning permission 11/04678/FUL dated 16/12/2011 (renewal of permission 08/05016/FUL dated March 6 2009: construction of detached dwelling and single-storey extension to existing house), Vardre House, 1 High Wheatley.

Ilkley: osteopathic practice, 79 Leeds Road. Ilkley: residential development to provide 20 new dwellings for sale and five affordable homes for rent, Fieldway. Ilkley: single BT Telecommunications DSLAM cabinet painted green (dimensions 750mm x 1228mm high x 400mm), West Street opposite Lloyds TSB Bank.

Keighley: change of use of ground-floor and basement from offices (B1) to opticians (D1), 42 Devonshire Street. Keighley: change of use to ground-floor to A5 takeaway with ancillary seating for eating on the premises and extract fan ducting to rear elevation, 24-28 North Street. Keighley: development of five new industrial starter units, Parkwood House, Parkwood Street.

Shipley: two-storey side and rear extension to provide bedroom, kitchen extension utility and integral garage, 10 Wrose View. Silsden: conversion of stone barn to single dwelling and refurbishment of existing cottage, Manor House Farm, Bolton Road.
