Keighley: two-storey side extension and driveway to the side, 2 Stonehaven Court, Long Lee. Keighley: signs to exterior, Cavendish Hotel, Cavendish Street. Keighley: internal and external alterations, Long Lee Primary School, Cherry Tree Rise, Long Lee. Keighley: non-material amendment to approval 11/04563/FUL (renewal of permission to demolish derelict building and construct single-storey building for industrial use) to move the building one metre away from the southern boundary, Keighley Laboratories, Croft House Works, South Street.

Menston: two-storey extension to side, 16 Garth Grove. Micklethwaite: alterations and extension in height to existing single-storey dwelling to develop two-storey dwelling, Green Haven, Greenhill Hall Cottages, Greenhill Lane. Oxenhope: roofing of an existing outdoor silo, Old Oxenhope Farm, Old Oxenhope Lane. Riddlesden: detached dwelling with garage, 2 Southlands Grove. Saltaire: construction of two new stud partition walls to create en-suite bathroom in corner of top floor bedroom, 47 Titus Street. Shipley: two-storey extension to side, 17 Ashfield Drive.
