The following planning applications have been lodged with Bradford Council:

Eldwick: non-material amendment to planning application 07/01773/ FUL (detached triple garage and workshop with playroom over) to: make alterations to level/building height, Prospect House, Prospect Road. Eldwick: variation of condition 2 of planning permission 08/02872/COU dated September 5, 2008: change of use from barn to dwelling with attendant gas/oil tank, septic tank, parking and turning areas with alteration to access track, Low Fold Farm, Spring Lane.

Great Horton: construction of dormer loft conversion, 36 Lindley Drive. Great Horton: construction of extension to rear with disabled toilet and a dormer to the rear, 41 Rugby Place. Great Horton: construction of one internally-illuminated pole-mounted display unit, Spencer Road Service Station, Spencer Road.

Great Horton: construction of part single-storey extension to the rear of No 24 and dormers to the front and rear of No 22 and No 24 Easby Road, Ali & Co Solicitors, 22 Easby Road. Heaton: construction of two-storey extension to the rear of the property, 33 Mitcham Drive. Heaton: renewal of planning permission 05/03901/FUL dated June 17, 2007 (first-floor extension to side, single-storey extension to side and conservatory to the rear of the property), 3 Woodland Crescent. Idle: removal of existing chimney, 11 Cross Road. Idle: renewal of planning application 05/00583/FUL, construction of bedroom extension above existing garage, 37 Kenstone Crescent.

Ilkley: construction of greenhouse, Rupert Lodge, 19 Rupert Road. Ilkley: construction of one internally-illuminated fascia sign and one non-illuminated projection sign, Woolworths, Unit 3A Station Plaza, Brook Street.
