Great Horton: change of use from offices to private vehicle hire office, Units 15 to 17 Campus Road. Great Horton: construction of single storey rear extension and rear dormer window, 94 Cumberland Road. Great Horton: construction of two storey side and rear extension also to include garage conversion and front and rear dormer windows, 83 Welbeck Drive.
Manningham: extension to manufacturing factory, Station Road. Manningham: garage conversion and construction of two storey side extension, 10 Oak Avenue.
