Bolton: construction of single-storey rear extension of the following dimensions: depth of extension from original rear wall 4.5m, maximum height of extension 3.6m, height to eaves to extension 2.55m, 7 Grovelands.

Bowling: application under Section 13 of the Planning (Hazardous Substances) Act 1990 to vary conditions 1 and 7 of Hazardous Substances Consent ref 11/04531/HSC (storage and use in an industrial process of 210 tonnes of Acrylonitrile) to allow acrylonitrile to be stores and used in reactors within the BIO AMD production building, Kemira Chemicals UK Limited, Bowling Park Drive.

Bowling: application under Section 13 of the Planning (Hazardous Substances) Act 1990 to vary conditions 1, 3 and 4 of Hazardous Substances Consent ref 02/01067/HSC (Increase maximum permitted inventory of acrylamide solution held on site from 150 tonnes to 199 tonnes) to increase the maximum permitted inventory of acrylamide solution from 199 tonnes to 999 tonnes and allow storage within additional tanks, Kemira Chemicals UK Limited, Bowling Park Drive.

Bradford Moor: change of use from A1 retail to A5 hot food takeaway with shop front alterations, 1288 Leeds Road. Bradford Moor: construction of single storey rear extension of the following dimensions: depth of extension from original rear wall 6m, maximum height of extension 3m, height to eaves of extension 3m, 22-24 Newlands Avenue.
