Clayton: replacement of all windows and front door frame, 62 Baldwin Lane. Cottingley: non-material amendments to planning approval 12/01919/HOU dated 09.07.2012: construction of two-storey side and rear extension: to reduce the scale of the project, 6 Eastwood Crescent.

Denholme: siting of a temporary office container for a period of 30 weeks, Doe Park Water Activities Centre, Foster Park View, Doe Park. Great Horton: construction of front dormer, 13 Ash Mount. Great Horton: construction of rear extension, 78 Horton Grange Road. Great Horton: construction of two dormer windows to front, 43 Frensham Drive. Great Horton: double-storey side extension with single-storey rear extension, plus loft conversion with front and rear dormer windows, 236 Poplar Grove.

Great Horton: replacement illuminated fascia sign and non-illuminated hanging sign, Dunkers Delight, 60 Great Horton Road. Great Horton: shopfront alterations to include removal of UPVC cladding, powder coated aluminium facade with wider door opening (Minor Commercial Development), Dunkers Delight, 60 Great Horton Road.

Haworth: change of use of first floor living accommodation to function rooms use in conjunction with ground floor cafe/art centre and ground floor removal of stacks/walls, 70-71 Main Street. Heaton: non-material amendment to planning permission 13/04484/HOU dated 17.02.2014: detached building for use as gym and playroom incidental to the existing house, 4 Shaftsbury Avenue. Heaton: raising of roof height, dormer windows to side elevations and enlarged porch to north elevation, 28 Coniston Grove. Heaton: single-storey rear extension and loft conversion with rear dormer and partial hip to gable roof change, 13 Baslow Grove.
