The following planning applications have been lodged with Bradford Council:

Horton Bank Top: two-storey extension to side and demolition of single storey garage and replacement with double garage, 128 Mandale Road.

Ilkley: accommodation block of 64 beds split into accommodation of eight-person rooms approximately with supervisor accommodation of separate adjacent rooms and toilet and shower facilities, shared common area for supervisors and staff, Nell Bank Centre, Denton Road. Ilkley: construction of detached dwelling, 137 Curly Hill. Ilkley: construction of single-storey extension to side and rear and demolition of existing utility and garage, Burton Leigh, 19 Grove Road.

Keighley: additional floor to existing detached bungalow with front face extension and entrance porch with rear infill extension to kitchen, 9 Greenacres Drive. Keighley: construction of dormer bungalow, land at Summerfield, High Fold Lane. Keighley: construction of dormer windows to front and rear, 18 Simpson Street. Keighley: extension to building A at Cavendish Retail Park to provide new three-storey retail unit, building A, 31 Cavendish Street. Keighley: retrospective application for dormer window to the front elevation, 117 Emily Street. Keighley: single-storey ground-floor extension consisting of bathroom, 11 Glenhurst Grove.

Lidget Green: construction of two-storey rear extension, 50-52 Spencer Road. Lidget Green: three externally illuminated hoarding signs, Car Sales, Beckside Road. Little Horton: change of use from residential dwelling to children’s nursery/day care (D1 Class), 64 Little Horton Lane. Little Horton: construction of front and rear dormer windows, 14 Arnside Road.

Little Horton: showroom extension over existing two-storey office/shop building, Wilkinson & Co Ltd, 1-9 Albion Square. Little Horton: single-storey extension to rear elevation of the following dimensions: depth of extension from original rear wall 4 metres, maximum height of extension 3.5 metres, height to eaves 2.5 metres, 14 Arnside Road.

Low Moor: construction of a new chemical plant to produce Acrylamide Monomers on the former site of the Morley Carr Working Men’s Club, adjacent to the existing BASF Chemical Works, land at New Works Road. Low Moor: conversion of office to two-bed apartment and further sub-division of the existing building to provide two additional two-bed dwellings, old St Mark’s Church, Huddersfield Road.

Manningham: construction of office building to replace existing portable cabin, 64 Queens Road. Menston: construction of two-storey extension, 6 Moorfield Avenue. Menston: construction of two-storey rear extension, loft conversion, 9 Low Hall Road. Menston: non material amendment to planning permission 13/03259/HOU: to include amended roof line to rear extension and ground floor doors and window to be replaced with a bi-folding door, 3 Burley Road.
