Heaton: rear single-storey extension with the following dimensions: depth of extension from original rear wall 4 metres, maximum height of extension 3.95 metres, height to eaves of extension 2.85 metres, 22 Glen View Avenue. Heaton: two-storey side extension with alteration to existing roof, 2 Cromwell Court. Horton Bank Top: retrospective application for conservatory at side of house above garage, 5 Lea Court.

Idle: change of use from A2 (Financial Services) to A5 (Hot Food Takeaway), 12 Albion Road. Idle: dormer windows to front and rear with internal refurbishments, 325 Highfield Road.

Ilkley: change of use of part of Riverside Business Park from A2 Financial and Professional Services to D2 Assembly and Leisure, Riverside Business Park, Dansk Way. Ilkley: single-storey flat roof apartment with garden, 11 South Parade. Ilkley: conversion of garage to form games room, store and WC, 18 Premiere Park.

Ilkley: conversion of garage to form habitable room, new window in existing garage opening, 1 Westville Avenue. Ilkley: non- material amendment to planning permission 12/04644/REM dated 14.2.13: residential development of six detached dwellings – Reserved Matters relating to approved outline planning permission 10/03956/OUT, land east of 20 Cheltenham Avenue. Ilkley: non- material amendment to planning permission 13/01270/HOU dated 21.05.2013: construction of single- storey side and rear extension, amendments to substitute five panel folding door instead of French doors to kitchen and dining room, French doors omitted from study and substitution of conventional window, 14 Manley Road.
