Great Horton: internal alterations to form mezzanine floors in gym area and minor alterations to two fire exits, St Oswalds CE Primary Academy, Cross Lane. Great Horton: part demolish existing detached bungalow with various extensions, construction of two storey extensions to the sides three storey to rear and dormer windows to the front, 17 Snape Drive.

Ilkley: extension of decking area and retractable roof over, 19 Wheatley Grove. Keighley: formation of front and rear dormer, 5 Ward Street. Keighley: internal and external alterations including re-instating former doorway and changing two existing doors, Keighley Railway Station, Station Bridge, Bradford Road.

Keighley: non-material amendments to planning approval 12/04297/HOU (front elevation extended at lower ground and ground level, ridge height raised), 4 Botany Drive, East Morton. Keighley: re-instating former doorway in existing wall and altering two existing doors, former parcels office, Keighley Railway Station, Station Bridge, Bradford Road. Keighley: replacement of windows with UPVC, 2-12 Kendal Mellor Court.

Lidget Green: change of use from flat and shop to flat and two shops (A1 retail and A2 letting agents), 2 Grantham Road. Little Horton: construction of single storey lean to extension of the following dimensions: depth of extension from original rear wall 4.5 metres, maximum height of extension 3.6 metres, height to eaves of extension 2.4 metres, 47 Tivoli Place. Little Horton: extension to provide MOT testing bay with office above, MCC Auto Centre, 662 Manchester Road. Little Horton: front roof light and formation of rear dormer windows including roof and rear kitchen extension, 166 Carr Bottom Road.
