Baildon: single-storey rear extension in place of existing conservatory, 10 Enfield Road. Baildon: construction of single-storey rear extension and covered patio with access ramps to front, 3 Coach Road. Barkerend: loft conversion with front and rear dormers, 167 Undercliffe Street. Barkerend: detached two-storey community centre, Bradford Sunni Muslim Society Community Centre, 57 Upper Seymour Street. Barkerend: change of use of existing health centre to class C3 residential, Farrow Medical Centre, Otley Road.

Bingley: renewal of permission 09/04563/FUL dated 17.12.09: conversion of former Methodist Free Church to form two, two bedroom apartments with associated parking following the demolition of existing outbuildings and formation of new driveway, Methodist Free Church, Micklethwaite Lane.

Bowling: display of sign, 217 Cutler Heights Lane. Bowling: further additions related to building fit out, as listed on plan for liquid storage tank and sub station, land at St Dunstans Way.

Bradford Moor: change of use from garden to store with alteration to boundary wall, 17 Moorside Place.
