The following have been dealt with for failure to ensure child attends school: Rachel Irvine, of Palin Avenue, Bradford Moor; six months’ conditional discharge; Andrea Kopczova, of Thornton Old Road, Thornton; £400 fine, £65 costs; Paul Simon Lucas, aged 39, of Rylstone Rise, Greengates; £400 fine, £65 costs; Sharon Mathers, of Stead Road, East Bierley; two counts, £400 fine, £65 costs. Maria Ondova, of Loughrigg Street, West Bowling; two counts, £800 fine, £65 costs. Jan Tokar, of Thornton Old Road, Thornton; £400 fine, £65 costs.

Robert Dzudza, aged 22, of Sanderling Court, Allerton; theft, failure to attend initial assessment, jailed for eight weeks. Leon Tony Faulkner, aged 21, of Melba Road, Canterbury; theft, 12 months’ community order, 80 hours’ unpaid work. Mathew Patrick Anthony Shackleton, aged 23, of Edlington Close, Holme Wood; dishonestly making a false representation, £80 fine, £115 costs. Robert Szamreto, aged 40, of Hudson Street, Thornbury; drunk and disorderly, £50 fine, £100 costs. Stephen Geoffrey Ellerton, aged 32, of Powell Avenue, Canterbury; theft, eight weeks’ community order with curfew and electronic monitoring, £150 compensation.

Debbie Hurlock, aged 43, of Central Avenue, Keighley; three counts of assault, jailed for 12 weeks; application to revoke a community order and re-sentence, order revoked and dealt with for original offences of being drunk and disorderly and assault, no separate penalty. Mohammed Haseeb Khan, aged 20, of Hoxton Street, Girlington; criminal damage, 12 months’ community order, 100 hours’ unpaid work, £300 compensation. Paul Richard Cox, aged 30, of Edge End Road, Buttershaw; theft, eight weeks’ community order with curfew and electronic monitoring.

Alexia Charmaine Heckles, aged 33, of Allerton Road, Allerton; criminal damage, £120 compensation; commission of further offence while subject to conditional discharge, dealt with for the original offence of theft, £40 fine, £15 costs. Janine Richardson, aged 30, of West Bank Rise, Keighley; theft, commission of further offence while subject to conditional discharge, 12 months’ community order, £85 compensation. Kyle Alexander Murray, aged 25, of Cheltenham Road, Wrose; failure to stop at a red traffic light, no separate penalty, licence endorsed; drink-driving, £350 fine, £100 costs, banned from driving for 16 months; two counts of failure to surrender to custody, £100 fine.
