The following have been dealt with by Bradford and Keighley magistrates:

Nelson John Burton, aged 47, of Owlet Road, Windhill; theft, assault, criminal damage, six months’ conditional discharge. John Narey, aged 30, of Harewood Road, Oakworth; possession of cannabis, £150 fine, £55 costs; failure to surrender to custody, detention in courthouse. Garry Lee Crossley, aged 38, of Oak Villas, Manningham; theft, six months’ conditional discharge, £85 costs. Dean Hines, aged 20, of Westgate, Bradford 1; failure to comply with requirements of community order, order revoked and dealt with for the original offences of theft, possession of cannabis, failure to surrender to custody and handling stolen goods dealt with, jailed for eight weeks.

Owais Khan, aged 20, of Rochester Street, Bradford Moor; complaint for bind over to keep the peace, bound over in the sum of £75 for six months. Jacob Gallagher, aged 19, of East Squire Lane, Manningham; driving without a licence, no separate penalty; driving without insurance, £110 fine, £15 costs, licence endorsed. Lee Harris Kollatos, aged 31, of Bradford Road, Greengates; failure to comply with requirements of community order, order revoked and dealt with for the original offences of failure to provide specimen and possessing a blade, three months’ community order with curfew and electronic monitoring.

Desmond Paul Waterhouse, aged 35, of Bromford Road, Bowling; four counts of theft, jailed for 16 weeks suspended for 12 months, eight weeks’ curfew with electronic monitoring. Ann-Marie Kaye, aged 33, of Northdale Mount, Little Horton; three counts of theft, failure to surrender, commission of a further offence before having served a sentence in full, jailed for 12 weeks. George Ellis Breare, aged 19, of Walker Lane, Silsden; drink-driving, £110 fine, £100 costs, banned from driving for 12 months. Matthew Roy Hornby, aged 22, of Charteris Road, Lower Grange; using threatening or insulting words or behaviour, ten weeks’ community order with curfew and electronic monitoring, £100 compensation.

Mohammed Ajmairie Shiekh, aged 20, of Marton Court, Bradford Moor; dangerous driving, 12 months’ community order, 250 hours’ unpaid work, £85 costs, banned from driving for 24 months; failure to stop when required by a police officer, driving with insufficient tread on a tyre, no separate penalty. Mohammed Gumil Allm, aged 39, of Henford Drive, Bradford Moor; two counts of failure to stop a person smoking in smoke-free premises, £1,300 fine, £500.59 costs. Haqil Mohammed, aged 32, of Parsonage Road, West Bowling; parking in a disabled bay without the badge owner being present, £150 fine, £100 costs. Fay Rushworth, aged 51, of Fencote Crescent, Eccleshill; parking in a restricted area without the blue disabled badge owner being present, £150 fine, £115 costs. Jennifer Sands, aged 33, of Claremont Road, Wrose; displaying a blue disabled badge without the badge holder being present, £150 fine, £115 costs.
