The following failed to notify change of registered keeper of vehicle (£175 fine, £75 costs unless stated): Przekop Wojliech, of Nursery Road, Horton Bank Top. Mohammed Yousaf, aged 49, of Fagley Road, Fagley. The following kept an unlicensed vehicle on a public road: John Michael Wood, aged 45, of Jane Street, Shipley; £220 fine, £86.67 back duty, £60 costs. Philip Harold Woolven, aged 65, of Milford Place, Heaton; 12 months’ conditional discharge, £10.75 back duty.
Nichola Collins, of Curzon Road, Barkerend; two counts of failure to ensure child attends school, jailed for eight weeks suspended for 12 months. Angela Smith, aged 49, of Ashby Street, East Bowling; failure to ensure child attends school, £30 fine, £115 costs. Lee Anthony Greenwood, aged 22, of Ringwood Road, Canterbury; owned of a dog which was dangerously out of control in a public area, two counts of failure to surrender to custody, order that the dog be destroyed, jailed for 13 weeks, banned from keeping dogs for two years.
Anthony Craig Topley, aged 23, of Lilythorn Avenue, Idle; four counts of assault, 18 months’ community order with three months’ curfew and electronic monitoring, £125 compensation. Kyle Steven Ian Roper, aged 18, of Stonehall Road, Eccleshill; breach of anti-social behaviour order, four months’ conditional discharge. Roman Holub, aged 34, of Allison Lane, Bolton Woods; driving without a licence, £175 fine, £100 costs, licence endorsed; failure to produce licence, no separate penalty.
