Slavomir Tokar, of St Leonard’s Grove, Girlington; failure to deliver up a vehicle excise licence upon receipt of a dishonoured cheque, £350 fine, £107.50 vehicle excise back duty, £60 costs. Paul A Wilkinson, aged 27, of Bayne Drive, Bierley; failure to notify change of registered keeper of vehicle, £175 fine, £75 costs. George Willis, of Millfields, Silsden; failure to notify change of registered keeper of vehicle, £175 fine, £75 costs.

Louise Wood, aged 35, of Reevy Road, Buttershaw; failure to notify change of registered keeper of vehicle, £175 fine, £75 costs. Paul Beaumont, aged 50, of Garden Place, Sutton in Craven, failure to stop after an accident, £130 fine, £100 costs, licence endorsed; failure to report an accident, no separate penalty. Kim Broadbent, aged 52, of Shetcliffe Lane, Bierley; being the keeper of a horse found straying on or at the side of a highway, £70 fine, £100 costs. Christopher James Cartwright, aged 23, of Cranbrook Avenue, Odsal; driving without insurance, £150 fine, £100 costs, banned from driving for six months. James Davidson, aged 63, of Hanover Close, Girlington; soliciting for the purpose of prostitution, 12 months’ conditional discharge, £85 costs. Rafal Mieczyslaw Karczmar, aged 28, of Chellow Street, Little Horton; theft, 12 months’ conditional discharge, £85 costs.

Mohammed Macmour, aged 18, of Lynton Drive, Shipley; failure to stop after an accident, £100 fine, £100 costs, licence endorsed. Sakinder Mahmood, aged 36, of Gaythorne Road, West Bowling; failure to provide specimen of breath, 12 months’ community order, 60 hours’ unpaid work, £600 costs, banned from driving for 18 months; driving without insurance, no separate penalty.

Inderpal Singh Panesar, aged 20, of Red Beck Vale, Shipley; driving without insurance, £70 fine, £100 costs, banned from driving for six months. Atif Rehman, aged 19, of Sandford Road, Bradford Moor; failure to attend follow-up assessment, six months’ conditional discharge, £85 costs. Jack Scott, aged 33, of Manningham Lane, Manningham; three counts of theft, original offence of theft dealt with, 12 months’ community order, £225 compensation; commission of a further offence while subject to conditional discharge, dealt with for the original offence.

Rashid Hussain, aged 28, of Cecil Terrace, Great Horton; two counts of using threatening or insulting words or behaviour, 12 months’ community order, five months’ curfew with electronic monitoring, £150 compensation, £100 costs.
