Basharat Khan, aged 23, of Kingswood Terrace, Great Horton; driving while disqualified, jailed for eight weeks, disqualified from driving for 12 months; driving without insurance, driving without due care and attention, no separate penalty; committing offence during period of a suspended sentence order, dealt with for the original offence.

Amar Rafiq, aged 31, of Primary Way; failure to comply with community order, order to continue with seven days’ residence requirement. Shahid Hussain, aged 27, of Rugby Place, Shearbridge; failure to comply with community order, order to continue with additional ten hours’ unpaid work. Shakeel Mohammed, aged 31, of Southmere Drive, Horton Bank Bottom; assault, £100 fine, £100 compensation, £100 costs. Alison Thorp, aged 44, of Hustler Street, Undercliffe; three counts of theft, community order made, £85 costs.
