The following have been dealt with by Bradford Magistrates:
Maria Hanrahan, aged 38, of Tyersal Lane, Tyersal; three counts of assault, 12 months’ community order, £100 compensation. Andrea Louise Burton, aged 38, of Haycliffe Lane, Horton Bank Bottom; failure to comply with community order, dealt with for three original offences of failing to notify Department of Work and Pensions of change of circumstances, 12 months’ community order with 200 hours’ unpaid work. Jamie John Button, aged 20, of Brookfield Road, Pollard Park; failure to comply with community order, order to continue with further 12 hours’ unpaid work. Marcus Anthony Hoyle, aged 21, of Boldron Holt, Buttershaw; failure to comply with community order, one week’s community order made with curfew, £45 costs.
Andrew John Roberton, aged 35, of Alred Court, East Bowling; failure to comply with community order, dealt with for the original offence of fraud, six months’ community order made with curfew. Omar Ali, aged 18, of Cumberland Road, Lidget Green; failure to comply with requirements of community order, order revoked and dealt with for the original offences of failure to stop after an accident, failure to report an accident, possession of a pit bull Terrier, re-sentenced, £60 costs, 110 days’ community order with electronic monitoring and curfew; original offence of driving without due care and attention, no separate penalty.
Curtis Brendon Hayes, aged 35, of Swarland Grove, Little Horton; theft, 12 months’ conditional discharge, £85 costs. Luke Adam Metcalfe, aged 22, of Wibsey Park Avenue, Wibsey; aggravated vehicle taking and property damage, 12 months’ community order, 100 hours’ unpaid work, £160 compensation, banned from driving for 12 months; driving without insurance, driving without a licence, no separate penalty.
