Gary Clarke, aged 24, of Dixon Avenue, Scholemoor; failure to comply with community order, dealt with for the original offence of theft, three months’ community order made with curfew. Genna Fearnley, aged 21, of Allerton Road; failure to comply with community order, dealt with for the original offence of theft, detained in Court house until the court rises, £45 costs. Carl Rawson, aged 26, of Azealea Court, Barkerend; failure to comply with community order, dealt with for the original offence of burglary, nine months’ community order made.

David Thomas Counsell, aged 44, of James Street; two counts of theft, application to revoke community order without resentencing, granted; committing offence during period of suspended sentence, dealt with for the original offence of theft, sentence of four months suspended for 18 months implemented, overall length of sentence six months. Andrea Bright, aged 28, of Otley Road, Barkerend; obstructing a police officer, £85 costs, six months’ conditional discharge. Nadeem Iqbal, aged 27, of Ellercroft Terrace, Lidget Green; failure to comply with community order, dealt with for the original offences of driving while disqualified and failure to surrender to custody, community order made with curfew. Robert Lee Massey, aged 22, of Kirkwell Drive, Holme Wood; criminal damage, 12 months’ conditional discharge, £170 compensation. David Allen Yorke, aged 39, of Denbury Mount, Holme Wood; theft and burglary, six months’ community order made, £85 costs. Christopher Stanley Broadbent, aged 28, of Meadway, Woodside; assault, 24 months’ community order made, £85 costs. Stephen Parkinson, aged 24, of Southfield Avenue, Odsal; assault, jailed for four months suspended for 24 months, £100 compensation, £85 costs.
