Elizabeth Tilford, aged 50, of Buckstone Garth, East Morton; drunk in charge of a vehicle, driving without a licence, failure to surrender to custody, jailed for four weeks suspended for 18 months, £315 costs, banned from driving for 18 months. Paul Damian Wray, aged 40, of New Street, Denholme; criminal damage, failure to surrender to custody, 12 months’ conditional discharge, £15 costs.

Mohamad Ali Hersi, aged 25, of Sunbridge Road, Bradford 1; failure to surrender to custody, £65 fine, £170 costs. Mohammed Zulfiqar Gulzar, aged 42, of Victor Street, Heaton; soliciting for the purpose of prostitution, £110 fine, £1,160 costs. Vasil Safianyk, of High Fernley Road, Wyke; failure to comply with requirements of Abatement Notice, 12 months’ conditional discharge, £315 costs. Gemma Warne, aged 21, of West Royd Drive, Shipley; failure to comply with requirements of a litter clearing notice, £400 fine, £803 costs.

Tariq Ali, aged 30, of Benn Avenue, Great Horton; failure to comply with a suspended sentence order, dealt with for the original offences of eight counts of theft, failure to surrender to custody, jailed for four months suspended for 12 months; committing further offence while subject to order of conditional discharge, dealt with for the original offence of two counts of theft, no separate penalty. Mathew Lee Keating, aged 35, of Bracken Edge, Thorpe Edge; drink-driving, £110 fine, £105 costs, banned from driving for 23 months.
