THE following have been dealt with by Bradford and Keighley Magistrates: Ian Crosbie, aged 42, of Leeds Old Road, Thornbury; attempted burglary, community order made with curfew, £60 costs. Paul Michael Priestley, aged 44, of Little Horton Lane, Little Horton Green; two counts of assault, committing offence during period of conditional discharge, dealt with for the original offence of theft, jailed for 22 weeks, restraining order made. Brandon Lee Radcliffe, aged 21, of Pentland Avenue, Clayton; using threatening or abusive words or behaviour, six months’ conditional discharge, £100 costs. Aisha Farooq, aged 26, of Upper Seymour Street, Barkerend; falsely claiming benefit, £150 fine, £105 costs.

Clifford Cuthbert Griffiths, aged 52, of Hawkshead Close, Little Horton; falsely claiming benefit, £50 fine, £70 costs; two counts of failing to notify change of circumstances, no separate penalty. Roy Andrew Sunderland, aged 45, of Parkwood Rise, Parkwood, Keighley; producing cannabis, 12 months’ conditional discharge, £100 costs.

Sacha Allen, aged 20, of Lastingham Green, Buttershaw; drunk and disorderly, no separate penalty; assault, failure to comply with community order, dealt with for the original offence of two counts of assault, community order made with 40 hours’ unpaid work, £60 costs, detained in court house. Daniel Murdock, aged 34, of Holme Lane, Holme Wood; theft, community order made with curfew, £145 costs.

Peter Bartley, aged 56, of Middleham Court, Holme Wood; criminal damage, six months’ conditional discharge, £65 costs. Robert Paul Carter, aged 35, of Griffe Head Road, Wyke; two counts of theft, jailed for 26 weeks suspended for 12 months, £200 compensation, £80 costs; failure to surrender to custody, no separate penalty. Suhail Khan, aged 22, of Bradford Road, Shipley; possession of cannabis, £100 fine, £105 costs.

Nathan Shields, aged 20, of Brendan Walk, Holme Wood; failure to comply with community order, order to continue, £30 fine. Martin Tiser, aged 29, of Pembroke Street, West Bowling; failure to attend drugs assessment, failure to surrender to custody, 12 months’ conditional discharge, £15 costs. John Michael McMenamin, aged 50, of Oakroyd Terrace, Manningham; theft, committed offence during period of conditional discharge, community order made with curfew, £80 costs. James Ashley Murray, aged 25, of Wolston Close, Holme Wood; theft, £70 fine, £50 compensation, £105 costs; failure to surrender to custody, no separate penalty.
