THE following have been dealt with by Bradford and Keighley magistrates:
Christopher Hainsworth, aged 30, of St Mary’s Close, Wyke; assault, criminal damage, failure to surrender to custody, jailed for four months, £200 compensation.
John Paul Hammond, aged 24, of Old Park Road, Idle; drink-driving, £400 fine, £125 costs, banned from driving for 20 months.
Mohammed Ali, aged 22, of Sunrise Court; taking a car without consent, community order made with 60 hours unpaid work, £145 costs; driving without a licence, driving without a seat belt, no separate penalty; driving without insurance, licence endorsed.
Kevin Chatterton, aged 46, of Crofton Court, Heaton; breach of domestic violence protection order, £50 fine, £detained in court house.
Daniel Stainsby, aged 31, of Downing Close, Barkerend; failure to comply with community order, dealt with for the original offence of two counts of possession of cannabis, £75 costs, community order made with curfew.
Amar Bashir, aged 27, of Duchy Drive, Heaton; application for domestic violence protection notice, granted, £205 costs.
