Courtney Fox, aged 23, of Church Street, Keighley; failure to comply with requirements of a community order, dealt with for the original offences; original offences of theft and failure to surrender to custody dealt with, jailed for 12 weeks.

Foyaz Miah, aged 18, of Clarendon Court, Girlington; using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, £70 fine, £105 costs; failure to surrender to custody, no separate penalty. Keeley Othick, aged 31, of Abel Street, Wyke; theft, 12 months’ conditional discharge, £15 costs; failure to surrender to custody, detention in courthouse. Craig Davies, aged 29, of Cliffe Terrace, Baildon; theft, eight weeks’ community order with curfew, £250 compensation. Ahmir Hussain, aged 20, of Southfield Square, Manningham; taking a vehicle without the owner’s consent, 12 months’ conditional discharge, £100 costs; failure to stop when required by a police officer, driving without a licence, no separate penalty; driving without insurance, banned from driving for six months.

Umbar Ali, aged 39, of Norwood Avenue, Shipley; two counts of failure to attend initial assessment, theft, attempted theft, jailed for eight weeks. Zohaib Ali, aged 18, of Springcliffe, Manningham; assault jointly with another, £100 compensation, £160 costs. Anzar Mahmood Aslam, aged 27, of Springcliffe, Manningham; assault, assault jointly with another, 12 months’ community order, 100 hours’ unpaid work, £100 compensation, £260 costs. Naheem Ahmed, aged 24, of Bullroyd Avenue, Bullroyd; driving while using hand-held mobile phone, £200 fine, £105 costs, licence endorsed. Neville Gallagher, aged 25, of Qureshi View, Girlington; using a vehicle when the excise licence was not affixed and exhibited in the appropriate manner, £35 fine, £105 costs. Jabbar Hussain, aged 30, of Leamington Street, Heaton; driving a vehicle when in such a position as not to have proper control of the vehicle, £200 fine, £105 costs, licence endorsed; failure to produce licence, no separate penalty.
