Murder squad detectives issue new appeal over Manningham death
11:14am Thursday 12th July 2012 in Bradford
By Dolores Cowburn, Bradford Chief Reporter
Detectives investigating the death of a Bradford man found fatally injured at a Manningham flat have released a poster in an effort to get more information from members of the public.
Police were called on Monday, June 4, after 38-year old Garry Crossley collapsed at an address on Apsley Crescent in Manningham.
He died the next morning at Bradford Royal Infirmary.
A 35-year-old man who was arrested on suspicion of murder has been released on bail pending further enquiries.
Police officers have put posters up in the nearby area local to Mr Crossley and want to hear from anyone who has any information about what happened.
Detective Superintendent Mark Ridley, who is leading the investigation said: “We believe the answer to what happened to Garry lies within the local community. We are putting up the posters in the hope that someone will come forward with that vital piece of information."
Anyone with information is asked to contact the Homicide and Major Enquiry Team on 101.
