Woman stuck on window ledge is rescued by firemen

Firefighters had to rescue a woman stuck on the widow ledge of a house in Lidget Green earlier today.
The middle-aged woman had climbed out but could not get back in to the house in Ingleby Place.
A fire crew from Fairweather Green station got the call to come to her aid at about 5.30am.
“We don’t know what she was doing out there. We just told her not to do it again,” said one of the rescuers, who used a ladder to bring her down to safety.
