Pupils from a Bradford school used drama and rap to highlight some of the challenges facing young people during a performance at the Alhambra Studio Theatre.
The Tong High School pupils covered binge drinking, domestic abuse, mental health issues, cyber bullying and homophobia in the performance, which also involved members of Bradford Youth Service’s rap group.
Stephen Curran, headteacher at Tong High, said: “We’re extremely proud that our pupils have worked together to develop performances around really challenging issues. Performing their work at the Alhambra will be a real achievement for them.”
The performance was part of the pupils’ BTEC qualification in performing arts.
