Paul Weller is coming to Bradford as part of a UK tour.
Tickets have gone on sale and the concert, this autumn, is expected to be a sell-out.
Weller’s career took off as frontman of The Jam from 1976 to 1982. Weller (pictured) went on to branch out to a more soulful style with The Style Council before establishing himself as a successful solo artist in the 1990s.
He remains a respected singer, lyricist and guitarist with a loyal fan base of all ages.
The tour rounds off a good year for the ‘Modfather’, who received the 2009 Brit Award for Best UK Male Solo Artist.
He is working on an as-yet-untitled new album, a follow-up to latest album 22 Dreams, released last year to critical acclaim.
He will be at St George’s Hall on Sunday, December 6. Tickets are available on (01274) 432000.
