A “bike bus” for people who fancy a healthy, environmentally-friendly way of commuting into central Bradford is now up and running.
And its organisers say they are keen for more cyclists to get involved.
The once-a-week cycle into the city begins outside Keighley Railway Station at 7am each Wednesday, then includes stops in Crossflatts, Bingley, Saltaire and Frizinghall to pick up more cyclists along the way.
The initiative was started last month by Manjit Kumari, of East Morton, and Bingley resident David Carpenter.
Manjit said: “Like a bus we stop at designated places and people with bikes can join up there and tag along with us.
“There’s safety in numbers and it’s also environmentally friendly.”
