FIREFIGHTERS from Shipley were called to a fire in an apartment in the early hours of today.
The blaze, which happened at about 2am, was caused by food cooking that had been left unattended at a flat in Southcliffe Drive, Baildon.
A spokesman from Shipley Fire Station said the was minor smoke damage to the property, and the sole female occupant was uninjured as she had been alerted to the fire by her smoke alarm.
