Firefighters were called to a blaze sparked by a bonfire this afternoon.
Crews from Odsal and Faireweather Green were called to a house on Moore Avenue, Wibsey, where a fire had broken out.
Watch Commander Andy Horsley from Odsal Fire Station said he believed the house was unoccupied, but a woman working to tidy the house and garden was there at the time.
He said there was a bonfire on the drive and it appeared that the wind may have blown a spark to the outhouse or understairs cupboard, setting fire to an accumulation of rubbish.
Firefighters stayed at the scene for around an hour and a half and used a hose reel to extinguish the fire. Nobody was injured.
Watch Commander Horsley warned people to have a water supply if they are to start a bonfire.
