POLICE are appealing for information after bank cards were stolen in a Shipley robbery.

Officers have released images of two men they would like to identify following the incident, which happened in the skate park area of Crowgill Park on August 18 at around 4pm.

The 30-year-old male victim suffered cuts and bruises in the incident and a mobile phone was taken.

Police said a man tried to use one of the bank cards in a shop in Manningham Lane on the same day.

One of the suspects is described as being about six feet tall and in his early to mid twenties. He was wearing black clothing and a black baseball cap.

Another of the suspects is described as being about five feet eight inches tall.

He was wearing all blue and had short dark hair.
