THREE friends who grew up in Thorpe Edge in the 1970s are organising a reunion for anyone who lived in the area at the time.
Jacqui Crossley, Deborah (Hodgson) Anderson and Louise Cooke, have organised a get-together at the Oddfellows Arms, in Harrogate Road, Bradford.
They have announced the event on Facebook and already 65 have responded.
"We want as many people to come as possible and bring photographs so we can have a good old catch-up," said Miss Crossley.
"We have been in contact with a lot through social media and want anyone who lived around Thorpe Edge at the time to join our Facebook page - 70s Thorpe Edge reunion - and let us know if they are coming to our party."
"The reunion is taking place on Saturday, June 17, at 7.30pm and The Oddy's, as most people used to call it, has a large beer garden so people can spill outside if a lot turn up."
