A MAN was injured after being dragged from his vehicle which was then driven off in Bradford city centre.

The incident happened in Hall Ings, close to the Jacob's Well roundabout, between 2.40pm and 2.55pm on Saturday.

Police said two men in a white BMW were arguing with the driver of a black Vauxhall Vectra about the positioning of their cars in a line of traffic.

The men then got out of the BMW and dragged the driver of the Vectra from his car.

A police spokesman said: "One man got in the Vectra and drove it off and the other one returned to the BMW and drove that off."

The BMW was later found in Leeds Road, Bradford, and a 20-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of robbery.

He has been bailed pending further inquiries, said police.

The 33-year-old driver of the Vectra suffered minor bruising.

Police are appealing for witnesses to the incident and have issued descriptions of the suspects. They were both Asian males aged in their 20s.
