THE jury in the trial of a 38-year-old man accused of grooming three underage girls and showing them pornography has retired to begin considering its verdicts.

Paul Milner, of Bramble Close, Clayton, Bradford, denies three charges of meeting a child following sexual grooming, two counts of causing a child to watch a sexual act and one offence of causing or inciting a child to engage in sexual activity.

All the allegations are said to have taken place in March 2014 when two of the girls were 13 and the other 14.

Milner told Bradford Crown Court he took the teenagers cruising in his car, buying them cigarettes and alcohol on the trips, because they turned up at his home and begged him to take them out.

He denied being sexually attracted to the children but agreed he videoed one girl twerking and showed them pornography in his bedroom after a 16-year-old demanded that he put it on.

Judge Jonathan Rose sent the jury panel home for the weekend at 4pm yesterday to resume its deliberations at Bradford Crown Court on Monday morning.
