A 32-YEAR-OLD man will be sentenced at Bradford Crown Court on January 5 for damaging a car and having a dumb bell bar as an offensive weapon in the city's Hall Ings.
Mahboobul Shiraj, of Hanover Square, Manningham, Bradford, pleaded guilty today to a public order offence, doing £500 damage to a Ford Fiesta belonging to Faizur Rehman and having an offensive weapon in a public place, all on June 8.
Shiraj's barrister, Rodney Ferm, said his client suffered from depression. He asked Judge Peter Benson to adjourn the case for a probation report.
Shiraj was readmitted to bail until the next hearing.
