Appeal to find father and son suspects after assault of elderly man
POLICE are continuing to investigate an incident in which an elderly man was assaulted and his car damaged by a younger man and his father.
The incident occurred on the parking area of Birstall Market Place on Monday, May 11 between 9:50 and 9:55am.
A male intervened and spoke to the three people involved and then walked off.
Police would like to speak to this person as he may hold important information about the incident.
