Keighley Interfaith Group members during a Walk for Friendship
A MEETING for peace and reconciliation takes place in Keighley next week.
My Faith-Your Faith is the theme for the gathering, at the Madina Mosque, Spencer Street, from 7pm to 8pm on Wednesday (Apr 29).
“The meeting will provide an opportunity for members of different faith groups in Keighley to talk about what their own faith means to them,” said a spokesman for the organiser, Keighley Interfaith Group.
“We will hear about the ways in which faith affects our daily lives and how it can make a contribution to the wider community.”
The meeting will be followed by the group’s AGM, between 8pm and 9pm, which people are welcome to stay for.
