BRADFORD-BASED social housing group Incommunities has kept its top rating for quality.

In an assessment by the Homes and Communities Agency, the organisation is praised for financial and governance performances.

In recognition of effective financial management, the social housing regulator has given Incommunities a V1 viability score – highlighting the group’s fully-funded business plan.

The regulator also gave a top rating for the way the organisation is governed.

Geraldine Howley, Incommunities Group chief executive, said: “Keeping this top rating reflects the positive contribution of staff, board and management trust members and residents to work together to continue to drive up performance.

“We will continue to build on our strengths and develop services in what are certain to be challenging times.”
