THE sentencing of a former treasurer who stole more than £30,000 from a church group in Bradford will take place on December 9.
David Barras, 61, pleaded guilty to taking the money from Tong and Holme Wood Parochial Church Council at a hearing in October.
His wife, Wendy Barras, 48, also pleaded guilty to a charge of fraud by false representation.
The case against the pair, of Broadstone Way, Holme Wood, was adjourned at Bradford Crown Court to give them more time to secure legal aid.
