TWO men appeared in court charged with wounding with intent and conspiracy to pervert the course of justice, after a man was injured in a brawl on a Bradford street.
Andrew Sibson, 38, of Northdale Mount, Wibsey, and Warren Smith, 45, of Hillam Street, Little Horton, Bradford, appeared before Bradford Crown Court yesterday.
The 40-year-old victim, named in court as Craig Kaye, suffered head injuries in the incident in Hollybank Road, Great Horton, shortly after midnight on September 1. He was taken to Leeds General Infirmary where he remains.
A 16-year-old boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, also appeared in court yesterday, charged with the same offences.
No indications of pleas were given. The defendants were given conditional bail and will next appear before the court on November 13.
