A MURDER victim who was stabbed at a house party in Bradford has today been named by police.

Marek Benak was found with serious injuries after police were called to a property on Great Horton Road in the early hours of Thursday morning.

The 23-year-old, of Great Horton, was pronounced dead at the scene.

A 42-year-old man who was arrested on suspicion of murder has been released without charge, said police.

Senior Investigating Officer, Detective Chief Inspector Mark McManus, said: "Our enquiries are continuing into this incident, and we are again urging for anyone who was in Great Horton Road between 3am and 3.30am on Thursday to come forward, as they may have information which could prove vital to our investigation.

"We are also keen to trace a man who was seen leaving the address around that time, walking down Great Horton Road towards Bradford city centre.

"He is described as a white man, possibly of Eastern European origin, with a pale complexion.

"He is believed to be about 6ft tall and was wearing dark clothing with a dark baseball cap and light blue jeans."
