Stranded vehicle causes motorway misery for rush hour commuters
A STRANDED vehicle has caused traffic jams during rush hour on the M62 this morning.
Two lanes of the eastbound M62 between junctions 25 and 26 have been reduced to 40mph, with traffic tailing back to junction 24.
