BRITISH Transport Police is trying to identify this man, wanted in connection with an assault at the Bradford Interchange.
Officers have released CCTV images of the suspect who hit a passenger.
The victim, a 38-year-old man from Shipley, was travelling on a train to the Interchange, just before 11pm on Saturday, July 12, when he became involved in what he described as ‘harmless banter’ with another man on the train.
Both men left the service at Bradford, but as the victim walked through the station ticket barriers he was punched in the face by the man from the train who had followed him. The victim was left with a bleeding nose.
Anyone who knows the man’s identity, or current whereabouts, should contact BTP on 0800 40 50 40, or text 61016, quoting incident reference PSUB/B7 of 30/07/14. Information can also be passed to Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
