Young dancers and zumba enthusiasts have reached the final of a national contest.
The Zumba Bradford Belles and All Style Dance Team will now compete for a £1,000 prize in Blackpool after winning awards at a local heat.
The event was called That’s Showbiz and took place at Cleckheaton Town Hall. The dancers won first place in adult hip-hop, and youngsters from the DM Academy came third in their category.
The finals take place in January.
DM Academy principal Deana Morgan said: “We competed against schools and groups from all over the North and there were 50 routines. The children and our fabulous adult dancers are thrilled to be able to perform and compete on the beautiful Opera House stage in Blackpool.
“Let’s hope we bring the £1000 prize back home with us to Bradford!”
