EMERGENCY services were alerted following an accident on board a bus in the district.
Police were also called to the scene in Marsh Lane, Oxenhope, at 1.30pm today.
A spokesman for West Yorkshire Police said a passenger on the Keighley Bus Company vehicle had fallen in the bus and suffered a head injury.
He said the passenger was a man in his 70s, adding that the bus driver had called the ambulance.
The spokesman added that the man's injuries did not appear to be serious.
Updating bus users earlier this afternoon, a Keighley Bus Company spokesman said: "Unfortunately due to an accident, the 1.28pm Bronte Bus 500 service from Oxenhope to Hebden Bridge is currently cancelled."
